Delivery Information
Whilst we do offer blank items for sale and encourage
enquiries for supplying non branded products, most of our
business is printing garments and products. Therefore
delivery times will vary from product to product. When you
make your enquiry, it would be preferable for you to state
when you require delivery, we will then advise if this date
can or cannot be met.
In 99% of orders, they are
delivered on time and usually before a customer's specified
date. We also mark any specific function date on your order
form, not only will that ensure we meet this deadline, but
also when you can expect delivery. The 1% is circumstances
beyond our control, as all orders are delivered by courier
and signed for, and sometimes they themselves have
difficulties meeting deadlines, adverse weather being an
example.
What you can expect from us
When you make an enquiry with us, we will quote based upon the information you have given, if we need more information we will ask for this. Once you confirm you wish to proceed, an order form will be completed by us with all the relevant information needed to produce your goods and deliver on time.
The order form will state everything required to ensure your order runs smoothly from start to finish, and also gives you a complete record. This will be emailed to you to confirm before we proceed.
All costs will be stated clearly, and once quoted this is the price you pay, there will be no hidden surprises and you can be confident of a quality product at a cost beneficial to yourself, club or organisation.
Purchasing goods online
We currently do not offer instant purchases online, again, because most products need to be printed with a club or organisations logo or design. No two customers requirements are the same, so we will quote based upon what you require, this ensures you get the best possible price for what you need.
We do offer online card payments, should you wish to use this method rather than a cheque or bank transfer. When your quotation has been agreed and you request online card payment as your method, we will forward a link, along with your order form, and you will have total control over your personal details and make your payment.
